Se c\u0103lesc timp de 3-4 minute la foc mic, doar c\u00e2t s\u0103 se \u00eenmoaie pu\u0163in, apoi se stropesc cu zeam\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie. \u00cen continuare se adaug\u0103 sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 \u015fi verdea\u0163\u0103 tocat\u0103, se condimenteaz\u0103 cu sare \u015fi piper, \u015fi se mai las\u0103 pe foc timp de maxim 2 minute, c\u00e2t s\u0103 se omogenizeze.\u00a0\u00cen dou\u0103 farfurii de tabl\u0103 (sau ceramic\u0103 ori alt material rezistent la cuptor) se a\u015feaz\u0103 circular, pe margine, c\u00e2te 5 fire de sparanghel. Se adaug\u0103 sosul cremos de praz, iar \u00een mijloc se sparge c\u00e2te un ou.\u00a0Se dau la cuptor pentru 6-7 minute (8 minute dac\u0103 vre\u0163i un g\u0103lbenu\u015f mai tare)<br \/>\n<strong>Pentru servire<\/strong><br \/>\nSe pr\u0103jesc pe grill dou\u0103 felii generoase de p\u00e2ine.
