Se d\u0103 focul mai \u00eencet, se adaug\u0103 prazul tocat m\u0103runt \u0219i se g\u0103te\u0219te p\u00e2n\u0103 devine moale \u0219i auriu, pentru aproximativ 10 minute.\u00a0Se adaug\u0103 o parte din spanacul tocat m\u0103runt \u0219i sucul de l\u0103m\u00e2ie \u00een tigaie, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu un praf de sare. Cre\u0219tem temperatura la mediu-mare \u0219i g\u0103tim, amestec\u00e2nd frecvent \u0219i ad\u0103ug\u00e2nd treptat restul spanacului, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se ofile\u0219te, pentru 4-5 minute.
