{"id":53,"date":"2017-01-18T10:25:32","date_gmt":"2017-01-18T10:25:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.avis3000.ro\/blog\/?p=53"},"modified":"2017-01-18T10:25:32","modified_gmt":"2017-01-18T10:25:32","slug":"supa-thailandeza-de-pui-cu-lapte-de-cocos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.avis3000.ro\/blog\/supa-thailandeza-de-pui-cu-lapte-de-cocos\/","title":{"rendered":"Sup\u0103 thailandez\u0103 de pui cu lapte de cocos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingrediente:<\/strong><br \/>\n2-3 fire ceap\u0103 verde, 5 creve\u0163i, 100g fidea de orez, c\u00e2teva frunze de coriandru, 10g sare extrafin\u0103, 3 lime (3 linguri zeam\u0103 de lime), 1 lime pentru servit, 1 nuca de coco\u015f, 1 linguri\u0163\u0103 past\u0103 ardei iute pr\u0103jit\u0103 sau ulei de chilli plus pentru servit, 3 buc\u0103\u0163i ardei iute thailandezi plus 2-3 pentru servit, 4 feliu\u0163e de ghimbir, 1 linguri\u0163\u0103 zah\u0103r de palmier, 2 linguri sos de pe\u015fte, 8-10 ciuperci shiitake, 1 cutie (400g) lapte de cocos, 2 buc\u0103\u0163i lemongrass \u00a0, 4-5 frunze lime, 8-10 feliu\u0163e galangal proasp\u0103t (se poate \u00eenlocui cu ghimbir), 2 cioc\u0103nele de pui , 1 morcov, 1 pastarnac, 1 ceap\u0103 alb\u0103 mic\u0103, 2 l ap\u0103 plata pentru sup\u0103, 500g carne de pui (2 buc\u0103\u0163i de piept).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Metoda de preparare<br \/>\n<\/strong>Punem ap\u0103 la fiert \u00eempreun\u0103 cu morcovul, ceap\u0103, p\u0103st\u0103rnacul (sp\u0103late, cur\u0103\u0163ate \u015fi tocate) \u015fi ciocanelele de pui \u015fi le l\u0103s\u0103m pe foc la fiert \u00een jur de 20 minute. Dup\u0103 ce s-a fiert supa de pui \u00eentr-o alt\u0103 cr\u0103ticioara, ad\u0103ug\u0103m peste supa de pui laptele de cocos, sucul din nuca de cocos \u015fi le l\u0103s\u0103m la fiert. \u00centre timp, ad\u0103ug\u0103m lemon grass-ul tocat, galangalul \u015fi eventual pu\u0163in ghimbir (dac\u0103 galangalul este congelat).<br \/>\nL\u0103s\u0103m s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 1 minut \u015fi apoi ad\u0103ug\u0103m pieptul de pui tocat cubule\u0163e. Se las\u0103 la fiert 15-20 minute, la foc potrivit. \u00cen timp ce se fierbe puiul se adaug\u0103 sosul de pe\u015fte. Dup\u0103 ce a fiert puiul se adaug\u0103 ciupercile t\u0103iate feliu\u0163e, frunzele de lime \u015fi ardeiul iute tocat (dac\u0103 este ardei tailandez doar se cresteaz\u0103 \u00een diagonal\u0103).<br \/>\n\u00cen ultimele 2-3 minute se adaug\u0103 creve\u0163ii, past\u0103 de ardei iute pr\u0103jit\u0103 sau uleiul de chilli \u015fi zeam\u0103 de lime. \u00centre timp se pune la \u00eenmuiat o m\u00e2na de orez.<br \/>\nSe ia de pe foc se gust\u0103 \u015fi dac\u0103 este nevoie se adaug\u0103 pu\u0163in\u0103 sare.
