Gusta\u0163i-l \u015fi mai ad\u0103uga\u0163i o\u0163et dac\u0103 sim\u0163i\u021bi c\u0103 nu e suficient de acri\u015for pentru gustul vostru. Ad\u0103uga\u0163i fri\u015fca b\u0103tut\u0103 \u00een sos cu mi\u015fc\u0103ri u\u015foare \u015fi apoi drege\u0163i de sare. Le l\u0103sa\u0163i s\u0103 se r\u0103coreasc\u0103 un pic, apoi cu un latul unui cu\u0163it se love\u015fte coaja de jur \u00eemprejur. Se mai las\u0103 un pic \u00een ap\u0103 rece \u015fi apoi se pot decoji.<br \/>\nSe a\u015feaz\u0103 fire de sparanghel pe farfurii. Deasupra se pune c\u00e2te un ou t\u0103iat \u00een dou\u0103. Pe el se pune c\u00e2te 1 linguri\u0163\u0103 sos picant. Se presar\u0103 cu sare de mare, piper negru \u015fi pu\u0163in chili (boia). Se presar\u0103 cu m\u0103rar tocat din abunden\u0163\u0103.
